INTRODUCING ONLINE PERMITTING

You can now process several planning permits and report various code violations online through the Community Development Department's new online permit software: ViewPoint Cloud. This new system allows applicants to submit an application and payment from anywhere 24/7, monitor the status of the application online, and to receive notifications via email as the application is reviewed and processed.

The following Planning applications can be submitted online:

 Administrative Approvals

 Temporary Banner Permits

 Film Permits

 Residential Property Reports

Special Event Permits

Applicants may also submit Code Enforcement violation complaints and can also report graffiti online through ViewPoint. The permit center can be accessed at http://lomitaca.viewpointcloud.com.
