BANNER REQUESTS ALONG NARBONNE AVENUE (IN FRONT OF CITY HALL)

For non-profit banner installations across Narbonne Avenue, in front of the Lomita City Hall, please complete a Notice of Intention to Install Banners. Requests may be submitted via mail, fax (310-325-4024) or in person at Lomita City Hall.

The Lomita Municipal Code, Section 11-1.67.06 (4) States that any nonprofit organization may install a banner(s) across city or state right of way subject to the requirements of the planning director. In addition, all organizations shall furnish to the City a written description of the banner to be approved by the City of Lomita.

Approved banner installation requests must be accompanied by a permit. Permits shall be issued only to Non-Profit Organizations for the purpose of publicizing non-commercial ventures and events or commercial events of an area-wide or general community interest. The banner permit fee is $150.
