Lomita Youth Council The Lomita Youth Council works to link young Lomita job seekers with potential employers. This organization is affiliated with the Carson/Lomita/Torrance Workforce Investment Network, and is composed of members chosen from Lomita youth, local government, private business, education and non-profit organizations.
