Financial ServicesThe Financial Services Division is charged with providing financial management, accounting, cash management, revenue collection, and business license administration. Services provided through financial management and accounting include maintaining reliable accounting records, financial statement reporting, payment of approved demands, and payroll processing. The cash management function includes the investment of idle city funds
in accordance with city investment policy. Revenue collection and business
license administration is provided through the business office where
revenues are recorded and business license records are maintained. |
