    2. The City Council may discuss and act upon items described under Council Comments; however, items which are not will be limited to Council reports, announcements or requests for clarification, or factual information, or to placement of matters on the agenda for a future meeting.

  2. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS

    3. Persons wishing to speak to the City Council on subjects other than those scheduled are requested to do so at this time. When addressing the council, please come to the podium and give your name and address for the record. In order to conduct a timely meeting, a 5 minute time limit per person has been established. Amendments to Government Code Section 54950 prohibit the City Council from taking any action on a specific item unless it appears on a posted agenda. Persons wishing discussion on Consent Agenda items should so state at this time.

  3. CONSENT AGENDA

All items under the Consent Agenda are considered by the Council to be routine and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There may be separate discussion of these items prior to the time the Council votes on the motion. Specific items may be removed from the Consent Agenda at the request of any Councilmember or staff.

  2. Approval of Demands - $211,284.37
  3. Motion to Waive Further Reading
  4. Report submitting the final map for Parcel Map No 24783, a lot split at 2152 and 2158 W. 255th Street in zone R-1. RECOMMEND APPROVAL.

 

 

SCHEDULED MATTERS

  1. REQUEST FROM CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

Report submitting request from Chamber of Commerce dealing with art contest. Presented by City Adm O'Connor.

CLOSED SESSION

Conference with real property negotiator pursuant to G C Section 54956.8 - property address 24000 ½ Pennsylvania Avenue
