The City of Lomita invites professional consulting firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications to develop and conduct a citizen opinion and priorities survey. The selected consultant will develop an appropriate survey instrument and methodology to gauge citizen priorities and level of satisfaction in regards to the City’s activities, programs, facilities, infrastructure and overall quality of life, will carry out the survey, tabulate the results and prepare and present a final report for the City Council.

2.    The City of Lomita is seeking written proposals from qualified firms for the City’s Dial-a-Ride Program (DAR) for a period of three years commencing January 2018, with the option, at the City’s sole discretion, to extend two additional years upon successful demonstration of exemplary contract performance. The City Manager’s Department will administer this Agreement.

       PROFESSIONAL AUDIT SERVICES - RELEASE DATE: October 13, 2017 RESPONSE DUE: November 16, 2017

One (1) original, two (2) copies, and one electronic copy of the proposal must be submitted to the CITY CLERK’S OFFICE in a sealed envelope at CITY HALL, 24300 Narbonne Avenue, Lomita, California, 90717, not later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 16, 2017. In lieu of providing an original copy, proposals will also be accepted via email and must be received prior to the deadline indicated above. Any bidder may withdraw their proposal, without obligation, at any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals. A withdrawal will not be effective unless made personally or by telephonic notification received prior to the closing date. Proposals may later be referred to the City Council for appropriate action. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals as the best interests of the City may dictate.
