Free Toy Loan Program
This program is sponsored by the L.A. County Board of Supervisors and the Department of Social Services. Eligible are Lomita residents ages 4 - 10. Children are allowed to borrow toys from the Toy Loan Center in the same manner in which they borrow books from the Library. The Toy Loan Center operates out of the Lomita Recreation Center, 24428 Eshelman Ave, on Thursdays from 10 am until noon. For more information, call Raquel Temblador at (310)326-0140.

We have numerous schools and scout groups that come through the museum on a steady basis and need help demonstrating and telling the story of the Steam Locomotive Era and other information.
