Dissolution of Handyworker Program
The City of Lomita Handyworker Program has been dissolved and is no longer available to Lomita residents. Residential rehabilitation services for eligible applicants will continue to be available, however, through the Grant and Rebate Programs.
The Rebate Program provides assistance with home repairs and improvements to owner-occupied households with incomes of 80% or less of the median income. The Grant Program provides assistance for correction of code violations only. For further information or to request assistance through these programs, please contact the Community Services Specialist at Lomita City Hall, 325-7110 extension 145.
The median income in Los Angeles County for a family of four is $56,200.
