The Advanced Center for Community Opportunity Resources and Development (ACCORD), now housed at Lomita City Hall, offers the following services:

8 week intensive Customer Service Professional Certification Training
Customer Service Certification Testing
Academic and Career Planning
Job Placement Assistance
To be eligible, you must
- Be between 18 and 21
- Live in Lomita or Torrance
- Meet low income and/or other qualifications
- Be a U.S. citizen or show proof of legal residency
- Possess a valid Driver’s License
- Have a GED or High School Diploma
- Have a great attitude!
